Happend to me also, I had a clone box on a freezing NOC Room,
cold in the outside but hot on the inside of the server.
The problem?
Really bad case ventillation. I suggest installing 2 extra fans, one in the
front and another in the back of the case. The air direction should
be the same, move the air to the back of the case.
Also, it might be a cpu fan issue. It spins but not as it should be.
