It would be ideal if you could file the bug report yourself -- that way you will be notified if/when I need more information. I think you need a bugzilla account anyway to upload files. Most importantly, please make a copy of your /var/log/cups files as they are now, for later analysis. If possible, make a note of the date and the rough time that the problem occurred, to help locate the relevant log messages.
