Following up on this, I just preparing to install the software and it
looks like yum wants to install the non-Xen kernel as a dependency:

Note the kernel 2.6.18-53.1.14.el5 in the list above - I am already
running 2.6.18-53.1.14.el5xen, so I am confused.

Am I excluded from running Xen with clustering?

I'd try:

yum grouplist|more

pick out what looks promising

yum groupinstall "Name of promising group"
