Are you looking for a discussion on how to install/fix/admin RedHat or discussion on best practices for being the admin of 50+ Redhat/Linux machines?
A lot of the discussion about the design of RedHat happens on the fedora lists. The redhat sys-admin list at https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-sysadmin-list is more of a place for how to be an admin. There is probably much more discussion on the mailing lists for tools used by admins, such tools include cfengine, puppet, and others.
