Stack Overflow is an excellent resource for programing questions, and
they recently announced plans to launch an IT-centric sister site:

Given how useful the original Stack Overflow site is, I imagine the new
IT site will be a great place to get answers to Red Hat questions (and
Linux/Unix questions in general).
