Does this apply to my card?   My card is not wireless..it is standard
ethernet PCMCIA..

I remember seeing a link in the linux wireless site that would show if the
card is supported, if not ndiswrapper might be the only way.  A native
driver is definitely best if possible, otherwise ndiswapper isnt actually
very hard, i've been using it since I had to and it seems to work well for
me.
