I don't think that qualifies as a defined interface, and assuming it
will be so on later releases of 5.x or on 6 or on clones or on prior
releases or on Fedora is an invitation to Failure.
The build info the OP has already said he will use _is_ a defined
interface (though it will break when he tries some other install technique).
