Thanks for the followup on this. I had to close our Redhat support case because we had to take our systems into production. We just learned to live with it by adding a few lines to rc.local which unloaded, and the re-loaded the uhci_hcb module. In our case, after this reload, the keyboard would return to normal operation and interrupts would be properly re-enabled. Not elegant, but functional. We continued doing installs with Kickstart or SoL. I'll have to upgrade the BIOS on one of the systems and give it a whirl.
