This mailing list has been very helpful with past issues and I had hoped it would be so with these most lovely Dell Optiplex issues. Please don't inform the rest of the community that I "just have a support issue." In fact, my email address shows that I'm from NC State University, which is under an Academic contract. The contracts without support. So, I don't have a formal support rep to talk to about this. All I can do is bang on the doors of Red Hat HQ on our campus.
