I used to work for somewhere with an Academic Contract for... umm... a
lot of licences. We decided that we would also maintain a single
license for RHEL Server and a single license for RHEL Workstation
outside of this contract at real-world prices, just so that we would
still have the ability to raise Support Tickets.

While we didn't have a TAM, we did have an Academic Sales Rep who was
very helpful when we had issues that we felt weren't getting the
attention they deserved. Call the guy that sold you the licenses -
that usually works...
