I used to work for somewhere with an Academic Contract for... umm... a lot of licences. We decided that we would also maintain a single license for RHEL Server and a single license for RHEL Workstation outside of this contract at real-world prices, just so that we would still have the ability to raise Support Tickets. While we didn't have a TAM, we did have an Academic Sales Rep who was very helpful when we had issues that we felt weren't getting the attention they deserved. Call the guy that sold you the licenses - that usually works... -- Sam _______________________________________________ rhelv5-list mailing list rhelv5-list@redhat.com https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/rhelv5-list
