i am not being cavilier i asked you a question and i expected an answer. all this feel sorry for the palistinians as victims of israeli occupation grates on my nerves so join the crowd. i am part indian, my ancestors were the victims of white occupation and agression. if any one deserves compensation it is us. i dont' know were i lead you to believe i didnt' think the nazis should be brought to justice, my point was all the cat awalling about what israel is doing to the palistinains real or imagined doesn't come up to the real genocides in the world. And unfortunately for your argument, the world including the u.s. decided that it was criminal behaviour on a grand scale and so the perpetrators of such actions could not hide behind "statutory limitations" the way the perpetrators of The Great Train Robbery could get away with the misdeeds after so many years had passed, or behind such excuses as orders or Head-Of-State status. I fully applaud and support the efforts of Simon Wiesenthal et al., to bring those perpetrators to justice. Equally unfortunately for your argument, one of my ancestors - Welsh, from Cardiff - was honored by being adopted by a Levy from Krakow, thus making the Krakow Levys honorary ancestors as far as I am concerned - and a: the Krakow Levys are no more, guess why; and b: your cavalier attitude to human life grates.
