Kerry may not be all you would like him to be, but he is finally fighting
back and he will save social security and the VAMC. That is enough for me
to support him. And a vote for Kerry is a vote against Bush. I'm certain
that all those leftists who say they cannot support Kerry and will throw
their votes away have less to lose or they're just not hurting like the
rest of us. This is a matter of life and death. It really is. I am
certain, as much as I know about Kerry, and his experiences in the Vietnam
War, that he will not let this war go on - even if he cannot get others to
join a coalition. There will be a civil war in Iraq and nothing anyone
does can prevent it. I'm certain Kerry knows that and will find a way out.
but for all the other reasons - to stop outsourcing, to stop the loss of
jobs, to stop the deficit and reverse it, to stop the insanity which has
taken hold, Kerry must win in November.
... And it is the right left-wing progressive thing to do.
