Sorry for the delay.. So this issue definitely occurs with 3.3.2 GA and we have
not been able to make it go away even with the latest version of flash. We so
far have tested it on Firefox3.5.6/Safari/IE 7. The allowFlash has been set
explicitly to false by default and that doesn't seem to make any difference.
After more investigation the error emitted is related browser side javascript
with a "Error: uncaught exception: No parent form found!" (shown in Firebug).
The File uploaded is not being transmitted at all to the server side as in no
data is being passed when the upload is hit. So it is not a server side issue.
I am right now comparing the emitted FileUpload javascript code between 3.3.2
GA and 3.3.1 to see if I could give more context than "Error: uncaught
exception: No parent form found".
