My bug may qualify as a different one, but my fileupload was always in an
h:form and it's still busted. I simplified the form a little bit and turned off
immediateUpload. This kind of worked. The upload didn't seem to hang, but the
fileUpload component and everything after it in the panelGroup would not
rerender completely after onuploadcomplete. A page refresh would get the
panelGroup rendered fully.
