Workaround Description:
So the workaround to get passed this with 3.3.2 was to wrap the upload widget
in a <h:form>. Unclear why this is required in 3.3.2 but not 3.3.1
Checked and it works ok if we remove ajax updateable outputPanel around or make
it ajaxRendered="false" and update the content needed explicitly.
