In the NAC case, the FWHMs are not THAT different.
Fullprof allows the independent refinement. Fitting
with same U, V, W or with different ones does not
improve really the Rp and Rwp values.

=> U,V,W for Lambda(1) :    
                              0.00437   0.00027
                            -0.00173   0.00030
                              0.00273   0.00008
 => U,V,W for Lambda(2)  : 
                              0.00411   0.00044
                             -0.00027   0.00048
                              0.00243   0.00012
