The value that I have from an old SRM brochure from NIST on 640b is
0.5430940 nm.

Does anyone have the lattice parameter for Si from
NIST Standard Reference Material 640b?
The PDF shows a cell edge of 5.43088 angstroms,
but this is for the 640a. Can I merely use this?
