I would like to add the following question concerning the standard Si powder.
Is there someone who has information on the grain size of the 640b Si
material ?
By grain size I mean the physical size of the grains constituting the
powder, not
the diffraction derived particle size.
The NIST web site does not provide this information. Perhaps it is linked
to the fact that this product is out of stock and a new one will be
available in
the near future (I do not remember what number the new standard will have).
Any information would be appreciated,
