Hydrobiotite is described by Brindley et al. (1983) as a regular 1:1
stratification of biotite and vermiculite layers; he gives the layer
spacings if not the full atomic coordinates. Both these mica minerals are
in ICSD and from them you should be able to construct the crystal
structure of "hydrobiotite 1:1", at least enough for a start on Rietveld
refinement. See:

In practice, you may have a less than perfect 1:1 layer structure in real
samples, and this may present some practical problems with Rietveld
refinement, which may explain why it has not already been done :-)
