i don't think fixed file locations should be our major concern... probably, we should think about what preferences we can add in to allow people more flexibility with the system;
Of course it's not the major concern, I was just warning to not go that road. There's no reason why the plugin can't use its own copy of the RIFE classes and resolve the resources in exactly the same way. That would be the least effort, because everything already exists and it would be fully compatible.
