Hello, I was testing Ring and it seems that if upnp cannot be used and no turn/stun server are configured, audio/video connection will always fail between peers. Text chat works.
If some sort of NAT-less direct communication is possible (same LAN or VPN) audio/video works. When the peers were on different real IPs, in the dring logs i saw that the correct real IP address and correct private address is found via ICE, but calls never could be established. Will it be possible to use Ring without helpers (upnp, stun/turn)? Because you cannot control all locations settings from where you connect to the internet.
