Yeah I tried the analog outputs. Sounded kinda edgy, harsh. Switched to the digital output into a Denon 3803 and the D/A's in it seem to be a bit better, to my ears.
Went into "Server settings" and "File Format Conversion Setup". and now have the Flac to Wav. box checked. Not sure that it sounds better. But I think It may be better. Saw something about it here in the forums. Time to start converting those Wav. files to FLAC now I guess. Get some drive space back. My system is listed below. Not the best ever. But gets better every year. Next step will be to get closer to seperates, upgrade the amp, get another 5 channel amp, and a nice pre amp. might take me a year or 2 though. Audiogon will be lookin good when I get back to the states. Any input or advice is appreciated.
