>From the homepage of the Web interface, go to -Server Settings-, and click on -File Types-. The FLAC boxes include FLAC->FLAC, FLAC->MP3, and FLAC->WAV. Make sure FLAC>MP3 is not checked, or FLAC will be sent as MP3 (to save bandwidth at the expense of sound quality).
