Ohhh yeah...as I said this was a few months ago and I forgot what it was I did.
What I ended up doing was analyzing and adjusting to 89 dB first, then applying a gain to get to 95. If I just analyzed and then applied a gain of 4 I'd be all over the place. I remember now, I couldn't analyze and adjust to 95 in one step. I had to get to 89 first and apply gain from there. Sorry for the misinformation!
