Ah, hang on... is this the Depeche Mode concert? Looking at Wikipedia, I see that the VHS had 17 songs on it... is it possible What the two dodgy tracks on your disc don't represent real songs? Are the files very small? Are the tracks either side of the bad tracks listed consecutively in the running order?
If so, it might be that those aren't really part of the audio (no idea why! ...Intermission, perhaps?).
