The DVD itself plays fine on all the MLP, AC3 and DTS tracks. Just tried running an AC3 track through spdifconvert and that too is good.
I'm using DVDDecrypter to demux the DTS signal - could be a problem with that. Curiously it (as well as my amp) reports the AC3 signal as 4 channel, whilst the DTS signal is 5 channel.
