Go here:

Click the "Download" button

Fill in your details (optional)

Click the "Continue" button

You now need to find the Windows msi package.

Depending on your processor, choose either:

        Windows (x86)

or

        Windows (x86_64 AMD64)

The link will be something like this:

But, I suspect the above link will get mangled in transmission.

BTW, I just release v0.2.8 of flac2mp3 and it isn't tested on Windows
yet so you might be better off with 0.2.7.
