flac2mp3, by default, assumes lame and flac are in your path.

If they're not, you have three options:

1. Change the path to include the director(y,ies) containing flac & lame
2. Install flac & lame to a directory in the path
3. Edit flac2mp3.pl and change the following lines:

# Assume flac and lame programs are in the path.
# If not, put full path to programs here.
our $flaccmd = "flac";
our $lamecmd = "lame";

Change "flac" to (for example) "c:/program files/flac/flac.exe"
