I've noticed sometimes only one line appears in EAC when you try to cut
and paste the FLAC command lines from the wiki, into EAC, so it may be
worth checking that you entered both lines:
-6 -V -T "artist=%a" -T "title=%t" -T "album=%g" -T "date=%y" -T
"tracknumber=%n"
-T "genre=%m" -T comment="%e" -T "comment=EAC (Secure Mode)" %s
--replay-gain

also in compression options and worth checking would be that 'program
including path for compression' is C:\Program Files\FLAC\flac.exe , not
the FLAC Frontend application or shortcut icon etc.
