There's an error in your command-line arguments.  It's trying to parse
"genre=Folk" as the file name.  Make sure you don't have any
punctuation errors in your command-line arguments, and that everything
is exactly as in the wiki, in the same order and every character the
same down to the spaces and the quotation marks (").
