Check your quotes in the 'Addional command line options'.  It sounds
like something is being left open and the genre tag specification is
being interpreted as the source file (the %s is the placeholder for the
source file).

Here's mine.  The -V isn't really worth much, as it would take some
kind of odd failure to munge the flac file as it's being written to
disk.  I wouldn't bother adding any comments either.

-T "title=%t" -T "artist=%a" -T "album=%g" -T "date=%y" -T
"tracknumber=%n" -T "genre=%m" %s
