The flac files will be placed in the same folder as the wavs.

Here's something strange for you...  I was just testing the settings
from the wiki and ended up with the same thing happening... no flacs
being created.   And I couldn't for the life of me figure out why.

So I logged out of Windows and logged back in again.  Then it started
working again.  Somehow EAC had gotten into a state where it was
failing to call Flac.exe.

Try rebooting your computer.

BTW, "comment=%e" produces a blank comment in my flac files.  Get rid
of the *-T "comment=%e"* from the additional command line options in
the External Compression settings.
