I think that, in theory, they would have to be re-ripped... However, if EAC ripped your CD correctly (and didn't report any errors), then it's very unlikely that re-ripping while AccurateRip is invoked is going to make any difference to what is extracted.
The only difference (assuming you have checked the first "Fill missing offset samples..." box) will be that a few blank samples will added to your rip in order to make it possible to compare your rip with everyone else's. But adding the samples is really just an artifice: it doesn't add anthing of any audio value to the rip. So I'd argue against re-ripping.
