You can't pay for one!  There is a WinDVD hack that allows DVD-A
ripping, but it illegally gets round the encryption; CDs are not
encrypted, so ripping is easy.  If you want to find it, you need to
plug into the dark side of the internet ;)

Even if you get the hack, it's a bit of a pain.  I have ripped my one
and only DVD-A - there is so little software available it's not a
problem for me.
