But now I disagree with you. What you are trying to do, wrongly, is to introduce 'quantifacation' into a metaphysical argument with the introduction of '>' As in my dog is 'better' than your dog. Or f(dog1)>g(dog2). Or f(Pat)>g(Ivan) over the domain of M of which f and g are subdomains. You cannot do that. You cannot quantify metaphysical statements into universal or existential statements as for example post modernist logicians attempt to do. I prefer your earlier argument that if it sounds good leave it alone. But still does not answer my original questions. All a bit of fun but I disagree with you. Best Ivan
