These minor differences are probably due to the two drives having different "offsets" when ripping. Very few drives start ripping at precisely the correct place, and each drive has a different offset error. It's of no practical consequence: the offset is usually just a few dozen samples. Some particularly paranoid people do everything they can to correct the offset so as to get a perfect rip. (That's one reason EAC is popular: it can compensate for a drive's offset error).
