Well, this is mind bugling... Followed your advice with a separate test directory. and no, I do not have or use iTunes nor MusicIP. I do not have any plugins installed other that come packaged with SS. For that matter I usually never change anything from the default install than set the music and playlist directory and a few other settings. The attached pictures explain it. Can you tell me which logging options to turn on for debugging, as I have never had to use any of them so far with SS.
