Hi Thats a much larger library than I was suggesting. You really want a SMALL library so the logfiles come out nice and clean, you can also then add albums one at a time if you don't see the odd behaviour straight away.
Go to server settings - debug, and start by turning on d_scan. Click the nearly hidden "here" link at the top of the page to open up the logfile. Start a scan and see what you can find. There are probably other debug options worth turning on but I'm not an expert on this bit.....
