Thanks snarlydwarf, a quick search of those frames helped a lot, this was one of the albums I had ripped to mp3 in the pre-slim days and got it later tagged with musicbrainz. I am not using musicbrainz anymore and I am ripping my new albums lately to flac, but I have been too lazy to redo all that for the ones I already have in mp3. The morale of the story is that 3 windows based programs did not show any "extra" information, thus I was 1000% sure that the tags were OK and something else was affecting the sorting.
I (almost) went as far as suspecting a conspiracy theory where slimdevices developers were putting unexpected sorting rules on (RIP) Johnny Cash out of (dis)like of his music. Since you pointed out, actually the "extra" frames are clearly shown in hexdecimal text editor, so maybe in the future I should include this in my tool-chest. You will also have a point if you say that all this would have never happened to me if I have been using a non-m$windows prog to check my files. Again, thanks all who have provided input.
