You need to have perl and flac installed to use it.

Download ActivePerl from http://activestate.com/store/activeperl/
    * Install with default options
Download flac from http://flac.sourceforge.net
* The default install will put flac.exe in c:\program files\flac and
c:\windows\system32

Grab the latest version of the script from
http://robinbowes.com/download/apply_replaygain/

Use Winzip (or similar) to extract the archive to somewhere like c:\utils

Then run it like this:

cd c:\utils\apply_replaygain-0.2
apply_replaygain.pl --info d:\path\to\your\music\library
