That's what i was trying to do by copying the CD image with Blindwrite
and CloneCD.  Even they could not read the thing.


I left it overnight and it is now on track 18/19 at a speed of 0x,
basically this thing will not rip.  I'm going to take it to a friend's
place and make a copy using his audio cd recorder, then rip that. 
Problem is the cd has then been coloured by whatever DAC he has in his
recorder, so not ideal.
