I'm not sure if ReplayGain works with Apple Lossless files... I know it works with FLAC files (that are lossless too), but it definitely does album normalization. For this I use Foobar2000 (it works in Windows XP), more info here: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.cgi?RGFoobar
