Yeah a piece of cake. Just use a good program, I'd really recommend dbpoweramp (my choice) or foobar (also a lot of peoples choice. Make sure you do album and track replay if you want to use both. Album maintains the tracks original volume differences in relation to each other as on the album. Both programs only do it in the tags and don't effect the actual tracks at all.
