Before I discovered lossless and EAC, I used WavePad to do this with Abbey Road and Dark Side of the Moon (another album with weird breaks), and converted to MP3. I didn't record the entire second side as one track, as Here Comes the Sun stands on its own, and the break before Her Majesty is pretty long, but the rest sounds much better as one track.
I need to figure out how to do this using EAC. I started to figure it out one day, but got distracted and never finished the job.
