Not quite :) Lots of dance & electronica. Mainly in the form on continuously mixed DJ sets, which obviously have no gaps (can't let the beat stop!). That idea has trickled down into the artist albums now as well, with many (if not most) of those also being seamless. I've been listening to this stuff for years and I now often find listening to "traditional" albums with distinct 3.5 min long tracks kinda jarring. But it does mean random is pretty useless for me. The saving grace is that with the mixed CDs, you're getting an hour long set compiled by someone with (usually) excellent taste, so it's a better selection than random (or Pandora!) will ever give you. Hence, I have no problems listening to full albums at a time. -- radish ------------------------------------------------------------------------ radish's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=77 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=50242 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
