Depends on how you rip and tag I guess.
I rip into a whole CD FLAC file, then tag automatically using data gleaned
from MusicBrainz (using my flactag utility). There would be no way of doing
this automatically for the 2nd CD of a 2 disk set (it wounldn't know what
track number to give the first track).
