Here is a popular Album Art downloader for Windows systems - http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=57392 Needs MS .net, not much documentation yet, but if you point it at your music directory it will go through and show you which albums haven't got art and allow you to search for it.
