If you're looking for something simple, easy to use, and free, I've just updated my AlbumArt4Mp3 utility (see http://www.angusj.com/aa4mp3/). However, while it's easy to navigate your music library and manually add or amend your cover art, there's currently no option in AlbumArt4Mp3 to highlight those folders missing art, nor is there a feature to automatically download images for those folders.
