Both programs use the same AccurateRip.dll and even the same registry
entries for drive offsets. Make sure the drive was configured correctly

By default dbpoweramp will write Vorbis Comments, if you load
dBpoweramp Configuration >> Codecs >> Advanced Options >> under flac
encoder is where the Vorbis Comments or ID3v2 writing is set (it is an
old option there which is not default, for very old flac players which
will not read vorbis comments).
