iTunes is not tagging your files in anyway, as they're wav.  Instead
it's storing the info you entered in its own database, the itunes
libary.itl file

Have you selected the "use iTunes" tab in SC?  If so, I don't know if
SC can pick up this faux-tag info from there, I suspect not (I would
think it's only used to point SC to the files themselves)

The best way to use wav with SC is to standardise (and I mean totally,
no deviations) the filename

artist-album-track number-track title-genre-year.extension

e.g. The Beatles-Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band-01-Sgt Peppers
Lonley Hearts Club Band-Rock-1967.mp3

which would enable SC to scan all of your files, and create its own
database of your files.  You tell SC how untagged (as your wav files
are) files should be handled in the guess tags setting.
